Refunds Policy

Damaged Items

We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition and take care to box them securely. We will offer a refund on a faulty item or if the item is damaged during transit if you follow the correct process outlined below.

We must be notified by email within 7 days of the delivery date at hooray@2cutetobox.com.au  if your gift Box is delivered and damaged in transit or contains a faulty item. You need to send a photo of the item and box with the Invoice number and details of the damage or fault.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer refunds on a completed order due to change of mind or make changes or cancellations to an already completed order.
